Convert a 5 seater LC 100 into a 7 (or 6) seater? (1 Viewer)

I have a 2002 100 European or Russian model (not sure), but it was a 5 seater from the factory.

I would like to add a seat or 2 in the back, using all stock parts and trims from a LC100 or LX470 which came as a 7 seater from the factory (I don't mind if I won't get the side step for climbing into the back.

My main questions is: the ancor points for the 3rd row seats (and seat belts, if applicable) are present on a 5 seater or not? I DON'T want to cut o weld anything, only bolt on solutions

I am thinking of buying all the necessary parts (after I make a list with the help of this forum please) and add a seat or 2 in the back, but want to keep completely stock

Installing 3rd row seats on a truck that didn't come with them

Hey Gang- I purchased a 2001 LC that didn't come with the 3rd row of seats. I have a friend locally who has a set of the seats that he never uses, and am going to buy them from him. My question - is there anything that I need to do or get from him to install these seats? Will the rear deck...

The photo shows that the most rearward 3rd row seat supports are “boxed in” somehow but present. You might be able to uncover the mount recess. It might or might not violate you no cut policy. If it was my rule I would consider cutting an inserted cover as long as the lower sheet metal was present and the cargo area remained sealed. Your truck, your call........the beauty of ownership.
