Howdy all.
Have had a few posts referencing poor responses to email as of late. Found out this morning someone (a customer/potential customer) clicked the "unsubscribe" button on a response to one of their questions, which unsubscribed us from our own emails. Not sure how this is a thing, but it is. Any way about it, ALL submissions via the form on our website for a while have been lost. If you sent a form email recently and did not receive a response, PLEASE EMAIL info @ deltavs . com directly so you can get a response. Supposedly the form issue has been resolved but until that is a sure thing, just wanted to let folks here know.
If @woody/mods want to move this to a more appropriate forum that is fine, but since 90% of our customer base is 80 Series figured this is a good way to let a chunk of folks know.
NO NEED TO DISCUSS, just letting everybody know to send an email directly if you haven't received a response recently.
