After 10 years, I am considering selling the Cruiser. I have added a few things that obviously won't show up on a traditional valuation method. I am looking for some assistance with what I should be asking for the truck.

1998 - Black, tan leather, 153K miles. Typically outfitted, 3rd row, sun roof, power everything, rear diff lock, etc.
The truck is in good shape - typical scratches and the like.
Well maintained mechanically - everything works as it should.

Here are the things I've added -
Slee Rear Bumper with double swing outs.
OME Torsion bars and rear springs and shocks.
Wrangler 285/70/16 tires - installed in December 2014.
Slee installed oversized rotors and of course new brake pads.

Let me know what you think -
Thanks so much.
Richard

Anywhere from 9k to 12k depending on location, and exactly how clean it is. Sorry for the vague number.

Here is NADA for Denver 80220. Add-ons are typically only valuable to specific buyers.

NADA LC in Denver.webp

Oversized rotors on 16" wheels??

Can you post some pic's?
I'm not interested in buying, but I'm always up for some pictures of nice LC's!

For what it's worth I paid 13,900 for a 98 with 69,000 and locker a year ago

I'll get some photos taken and get those uploaded.
Thanks for the thoughts on the valuation. I know going in that it will be a pretty narrow buyers market - that's why I'm discussing it here.

Perhaps "oversized" isn't the correct term. Slee installed aftermarket rotors - cross drilled, beefy things to help with driving up and mainly down I-70. A mechanic that won't be named turned the stock rotors a few years ago and did more damage than good. Ben at Slee put things straight.

Diff Drop was part of the work completed when the OME kit went in.

The sale decision is a toss up between selling the "Tank" or selling on the 1988 SAAB 900 and picking up a used Mini Cooper.
I need something to commute back and forth to work and the cruiser can be a little much at times.

The debate rages on. I appreciate the thoughts.

In Colorado, $12,000 would probably be a good starting point. Seems like 4X4 Toyota's in this state sell for a premium. That is why the last four 4X4 Toyota's we have bought have been from out of state.

Crisis averted!
After some soul searching, I decided to keep the cruiser. Just couldn't let her go.
I am going to sell my '88 SAAB 900 Turbo Vert. Sad, but I just can't see putting the miles on the old gal. And as a 50th birthday present 2 weeks ago, I bought my new daily driver. A 335i with the performance package. Still having trouble wiping the silly ass grin off my face after I take her for a spin. Still haven't found the bottom of the throttle yet.

So the cruiser is spared and has a new stable mate.
Looking forward to getting onto some trails this summer.

Which 335i did you get? I have a MSport 335i RWD and love it! Perfect family sedan for us and it's nice on the twisties too!! You get the N54 or N55 motor?

The first time I ever got seat time in a 335i was on some back roads around Vail out in your neck of the woods. That was back in 2007. Always knew I'd have one in my garag!

Drove my first BMW on my birthday 2 weeks ago. What a blast.
Drove a 335ix Coupe and a 535ix Sedan. Both had a lot of miles and were showing their age.
Later that day found this fully loaded 335i Sedan with the performance package. Not the M, but almost. Fell in love immediately.
Its the new N55 engine, so I am hopeful that I'll avoid some of the issues the 54 has had.
The highway and streets around the house have been fun. Looking forward to getting into the hills once the rain stops!
Just pulled off the Blizark RFT winters that came with her for a set of summer (go flat) shoes and it's amazing the difference in the ride.
Really enjoying myself with the BMW. But When I jump back into the cruiser I know I made the right decision to keep her as well.
