If your truck is used or you just got a new phone (like a 6s) here are the direction for connecting the phone and it's Bluetooth audio:
Go to setting-phone-manage phone-options-select all-delete
Go to -settings-audio-Bluetooth Audio settings-remove-and remove all devices
Turn off car and restart and confirm nothing connected.
Connect BT:
Settings-audio-BT Audio settings-register
Open settings on your phone-Bluetooth- click "car multimedia" and enter 0000
BT audio should now work
Telephone:
Settings-phone-manage phone-add new-
Open setting on iPhone- BT -click "Car Multimedia"
Phone will connect without entering a code.
Click connect phone and you should see your phone.
Restart Land Cruiser and all should be good.
