Same here since April 4. I ordered through ccot and my fuel filters came in yesterday so hopefully Matt’s were on the same back order and are on the way.I ordered a part on April 26th and have not heard anything yet. @ToyotaMatt if you are watching this thread I have been waiting patiently for my order #5767 to ship. I placed this order on April 26th. I PMed you about the order and you liked my pm but didn't respond. Please let me know if you dont have it so I can look else where for the part.

I ordered that little check valve in the evaporative emissions hoses under the interior fuel fill shield to replace my old one in April 2024. I have re-installed and re-painted everything and cleaned the old one. I have my doubts but I am eternally optimistic this will arrive. On the other hand..I have been in business over 48 years. If I’d ever treated my customers in this manor, they would have destroyed my hard earned reputation, gone elsewhere in a very short while and I’d have lost it all.
If you believe this is the only way to get parts, think again. It may take 2-3 weeks to get parts from Japan or the UAE, but you get them! I have been a customer of Matt’s for 2 years and my very first order was near $700.00 ….it was filled quickly and my belief in his services was strong and confident for the money I’d spent, I have re-ordered other parts but started to experience similar issues. Amazon has spoiled many of us. S#!t, I have ordered things at 11pm and they have been delivered before 7am 8 hours later. I would expect attention to details and every customer of his should be entitled to the same. Pinging or waking someone up from inattentiveness to respond to a sale is mediocrity at its highest level
Sorry Matt…but I see that you may have lost some great opportunities to create viability in your longevity as a parts company for what is a limited but lucrative market. I can’t see trying again at any cost.
Please refresh me on my poor choice of words. I’m pretty sure I asked if you post on instagram all day or actually ship orders. If you’re offended by that, then you have a problem, and if you want to bring up karma, I’m not the one with three threads going in the bad sellers forum. Since I placed my simple order of a gas cap from you almost two months ago, I’ve received orders from Mark’s off road, Cruiser Outfitters, Partsouq, and Redline with no issues. In fact, I found the same thing I ordered from you on Amazon for less money and had it in 3 days. Again, I like to support the LC community, but you’re simply not worth the trouble. Ship my order if you want or don’t. I really don’t care. Have a great day.

@ToyotaMatt I've purchased lots of things from you and am saddened to see that from these responses, you appear to be having some significant challenges. From my perspective, you are at a point where you need to hire. If I were in your shoes, I'd find a college student who has an interest in IT/ecommerce to take a load off you so you can do the building, sourcing and tasks that you are the subject matter expert in. There is no shame in offloading some work to someone who is hungry and willing to learn.
