Maintenance: (there is a gap in maintenance because I was overseas and very busy for most of 2022 into early 2024 and the vehicle was not driven.
OCT 2024- Trail Gear Frame to axle SS brake lines
OCT 2024- DS Front Knuckle rebuild
OCT 2024- Brake fluid flush
AUG 2024- Liland full aluminum Radiator
JUL 2024- OEM 2 piece Exhaust manifold
JUL 2024- Steering shaft seal
JUL 2024- Front Brake pads and Rotors
JUL 2024- Timing Belt, Water pump, and all belts
JUL 2024- OEM Black hub fan clutch fluid changed to 30,000K CST
JUN 2024- Valve cover gasket
JUN 2024- ACSD Delete
MAY 2024- Rostra Cruise Control
May 2024- New oem front Window runs
NOV 2021- New steering box
NOV 2021- New Power steering pump
NOV 2021- New Tie Rod Ends
MAY 2021- Terrain Tamer HD Clutch
The not so great:
Paint is a respray and has chips all over, not the best looker up close
Panhard frame bracket semi shoddy repair
Rock Sliders not fully welded to frame yet
DS knuckle still seeps even after replacing all seals again. Probably needs the axle shaft to be sleeved as there is a groove or seal driven in further (can't do that with the Marlin crawler seal as it has a lip to get it flush)
BEBs allegedly done in Europe before import in 2020 but no paperwork
Oil pan is leaky
Rear windows are terribly slow in the cold
Rear Defroster has never worked
Headliner has some small punctures and tears
Rear passenger side seat is torn
Tires are causing vibration, confirmed this by throwing on my old 35s with oem wheels and had 0 vibrations up to 75 mph
37s rub when wheeling, mostly on the flares
Needs some new tires sooner rather than later, may do this depending on how long it takes for the vehicle to sell
PO made a hole in the poverty pack roof :/ towards the rear for a GPS antenna. I've removed the antenna and just taped the hole for years now since the tent covers it anyway.
The great:
AC and Heat both work amazing
Gets 18 MPG
Running 20 PSI and this thing Rips compared to a stock 1FZ
Can merge onto interstate at the speed of traffic
Rolls coal if you want it to LOL
42 Gallon Aux tank, 25 gal main, and 5 gal fuel can gives you 1,200+ Mile fuel range
3x locked is an absolute must if you wheel IMO
Always starts in the blink of an eye and taken it on countless road trips and has never left me hanging.
Happy to get you any specific photos or FaceTime
Any questions or interest, holler at me!
