Other to consider is the Ironman 4x4 Foam Cell Pros. Fully adjustable front coilovers with oversized twin tube with matching rear shocks made for the Prado 120 platform. Ironman 4x4 also puts a 3yr warranty on all their suspension parts. This is what I run on my personal 470. You can get them as just the raw struts and use your stock springs if you are not looking to lift the truck much. The struts are fully threaded so you can adjust the preload for the ride hight you want. I think the OP said he was leaving his rear airbags to anOther advantage is down the road if you wish to go full lift the off road lifted springs drop right on.

Anyone else know?
5100s are adjustable. Toytec has a couple of different "Toytec" branded lifts featuring the 5100s. I believe one of them is fully adjustable on the vehicle (with a spanner). They others would require removal from the vehicle and disassembly to adjust.

The fronts require removal in order to relocate the spring perch for the coilover. Slots are on the bottom tube of the shock.

For those asking about the TTUE suspension that is currently on closeout, here's what I've managed to come up with.

1) These coils are designed to lift an FJ 1'' in the front to level it out
2) They are Eibach springs with 600lbs rate
3) The 6112 in this kit is only minimally adjustable to account for DS vs PS lean

So its hard to say what if any lift you get on a GX with these. If someone has the factory numbers for the GX front coils (free height, spring rate, wire diameter) we could compare them. Also, would an FJ rear coil, coupled with this kit, make for a level truck ? Hard to say as I don't believe any GX owners are running it yet.

According to Wikipedia, the curb weight of the heaviest FJ (4x4 auto) is about 600lbs lighter than a GX470. I'm assuming a decent amount of that is sitting over the GX's front tires.

I've heard 200lbs heavier in front from several folks but haven't seen anything confirmed.

Does the wiki (or other info like sales brochures) have weight distribution info?

I couldn't find much. Forums and other wiki-type sites say the 05+ 4.7 weighs ~530lbs (didn't say wet or dry) and the 4.0 weighs 366lbs wet.
