Recently I looked up the replacement hose Part Number for my 1993 PZJ75 on ToyoDIY; the PN was 90931-0181 and then found it was superseded to 96812-50210. On both the Amayama and PartsOUQ websites these part numbers were Out of Production.
I did find a source for the 96812-50210 thru a Japan dealership which lists the part available at $418 delivered that is ridiculous.
Can anyone recommend a source for those part numbers another superseded part number ?

Thank you.

It may sound a bit like blasphemy but the hydraulic hoses are pretty standard metric sizes. Could just get an aftermarket the same length, even upgraded to stainless braided which is simply better. I replaced all my soft brake hose with hel stainless braided, they are nice.
I love toyota, but sometimes I get aftermarket stuff especially if pretty generic, personally. Sometimes better, cheaper and easier to source. If you look at some of the more advanced build threads, there is plenty of non toyota stuff going on.

However, more than likely there would be a very similar toyota hose which would work. A wizard shall give you a part number shortly I imagine.

Thanks for the advice and recommendations.
IF all else fails I will try to get a local hydraulic hose shop to build one.
In the area I live here in the PI; there are shops, but the quality of the hose may be suspect.
Maybe a source for the stainless braided can be recommended by a Forum member so I can purchase one in the US.

what is the length of the hose? I have a brake/clutch hose matrix I built with several dozen part numbers and lengths.

I will need to get back to you on the length; there is a 12 hour time difference between FL and the PI.
I live in Jacksonville, FL and drive thru Winter Park several times a year to visit relatives in Port Charlotte.

Yeah, I have joined two shorter toyota hoses which were left overs to make one longer one before too. As plenty folks say here, anything is possible!

@cruisermatt
This is the installed hose which appears to be too long and is aftermarket from Japan, but was installed by the previous owner.
This hose is 10” long and when measuring the distance between the hard line connection and the slave cylinder; the correct length should be 7-8” allowing for movement of the transmission while driving.

+85 FJ60/62 hose should work just fine. And readily available globally.

@cruisermatt
I don’t suppose you have the PN for that application.
Can I order the part thru you ?
IF so…. I would have you ship the part to my Jacksonville address.
Absolutely, and I will double check the length when in the shop tomorrow with some other hoses. I know we have 3-4 hoses we stick around that length.
