hello all.
I have a 1982 HJ47 with leaking clutch master, so i ring bursons, order part, part arrives, bathe myself in brake-fluid only to discover the clutch hydralic line wont fit, the new part's 9mm ID sideport is too small... so i rang a few parts places, asking for a measurment on the hydralic line port, so far, Online and Repco, they are the same as the new part i got - 9mmID.
While locating the new part some specs where saying this is not the part for power-boosted clutch...ie Does NOT suit models with Cluch Servo (Booster)...
this is the new part that doesnt fit hydralic line but the mount is correct... protex JB1524
Hopefully someone can help on this

Earlier in the year I tried to put a kit in my master and slave. I ended up buying a new master that came with a braided stainless hose off ebay for $120. It had a long hose for a 45, one with the correct hose shorter length was $30 more. I just have the long hose in a loop. I screw the hose into the slave, then installed the unit - the fitting at the master could be tightened without turning the hose. Anyway has been working fine and its nice to have a new hose as the old one was original

I Have Pics Now. Marking on MC are... 2H Under the bottle, 3/4 and 56

here is the new part standard, 1982 HJ47 Troopy.. Clutch line nut seat just fits in but doesnt make it too thread... The diameters look within 1mm of each other

here is the part I am really hoping will fit JB1528
side port from parts specs
3/4inch 10Mx1
3/4inch 14Mx1.5Ball
If a hydralic fitting of a "14Mx1.5Ball" is 4mm wider than a 10Mx1, why isn't the pics of orig parts side bore 4 mm wider than the pics of 10Mx1 replacement part (ZPM 06115) i got incorrect...

There's no room for an adapter piece. This CMC is in a build but factory mounted off chassis just where the collum shift linkages go thru with about 3mm of play... Am really trying to avoid workshop or buying an additional line if the correct part is out there.

As per the pics above the bore size seem the same but they arn't.
Based on the spec i read and my (mis?)understanding i am thinking the JB1528 bore will suit the clutch-line seat and thread based on the "14Mx1.5Ball" im reading. All others seem to have the "10Mx1" even tho the bore looks same? gmf'd
