I recently noticed a weird clunking noise when turning right at fairly high speeds. Mostly windy mountain roads are when I hear it. I've researched it but it seems most people have a different sound. Mine sounds almost like there's something inside of the door clunking around. It's not grinding or anything like that.

I looked around in the suspension and didn't see anything that looked bad (I am new to this so I might not catch something wrong). I also made sure that my tire doesn't rub at all and it doesn't.

I did install 1.5" wheel spacers about a month ago, but I've only had the car for a little over a month so I'm not sure if it was there before or not. Front axle was serviced by Trollhole's cruisers recently if that makes a difference.

I did notice that whatever that is in the front sway bar was pretty beat up if that might be the problem.

Thanks to anyone who can help!

Look directly above the circle you drew. I see a loose saddle bolt. That can't be good.

Just checked and that bolt is actually tightened all the way. The sway bar spacer or whatever that is just has a larger opening than is needed so it looks like it's loose. The bushing on the sway bar in the picture is definitely messed up and not doing its job, and that does seem to line up because the noise only comes on fast right turns, but the sound doesn't sound much like it would be the sway bar.
