Club Meeting This Tues. 1/25

Hey If people can agree on a weekend meeting, Iam in. In the past we have talked about it, but people could not agree.


I've been going to coffee and cars, it a very cool event.

Sorry we missed you - we where in the back of the restaurant, we where the guys wearing landcruiser t-shirts.

I swung by; place was packed had a look around inside wasn't about to ask each group if they LSLC, no one was outside.

Don't really understand meeting at a packed restaurant/parking lot at night; wouldn't meeting during daylight hours on the weekend make sense somewhere everyone could park together and see all the rides/mods (no traffic)??

Liked the blue 40 ('cept the chevy badge ) was a lot of discos there

These guys seem to have it sorted Cars and Coffee™ Austin i'll be there next meet

I'm up for Central Market on a Saturday morning, it picks up a little later for sure though. I'd also be ok with the same Rudy's location, they've got decent taco's ...

The problem always becomes location unfortunately, as we've seen with the all over the place requests. Unfortunately Nutty Brown or Leander like car's and coffee would put me out.

FYI, I'm pretty sure they aren't open for business on Saturday mornings anyway. That's when all the waitresses wear little janitor outfits and scrub down the parking lot. Lots of soap suds and water sprayin' all over the place. I hear things get pretty wet.

But, maybe they wouldn't mind if we just hung out and, uh...talked trucks.

Democracy is the least efficient way to rule, I think if this is going to work Jeff would need to pick a time and place and try it out. We're never going to come to a consensus on one time and place ...

The question becomes, would a Saturday morning be better than a Tuesday night for a majority of folks?

This is going to quickly become as easy as herding cats. That is why in the end we have never changed dates and places.

I suggest this - we don't move the once a month meeting, but add a saturday breakfast meeting, and see who is in.

that sound good to me also. this way for the one's that can't make the breakfast meeting maybe can do a dinner meeting or both?.

some one pick a place,time & date and lets go from there. if you can make it grate if not oh well we tried. i think some were central

heck there is Austin dinner here on Burnett rd near my shop. they have a big lot easy to see. there next to Jenny's little longhorn saloon.
they sell tex-mex and the normal stuff.

Got the option of whole foods for breakfast tacos or hut's hamburgers.
