Let's have a breakfast get-together in the parking lot at The Daily Grind on Saturday August 17th, 9 AM (every 3rd Saturday of the month)

Daily Grind: 4360 Cutler Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110

Like last time, lets start off by having breakfast then we will head back over to the parking lot to enjoy some truck talk.

If I can get my LC back in time, would love to attend!

Nope, my LC engine and turbo installation won't be ready until the 24th up in Denver.

But the good news is my LC will be displayed at the Cruisers and Company booth during the upcoming Overland Expo Mountain West 2024 event in Denver!

Just so you know, there's a certain old timer that shows up in his <cough, cough> Venza to the meetings. I know, I KNOW, RIGHT? :flipoff2:

[sigh] :flipoff2: There is a reason I call the Venza my "Old Man Car."

@pappy . Are you coming to the breakfast this Saturday? If so, I have a goodie bag for you!

I will be at the breakfast ... and I won't be driving the Venza.

It’s been awhile since I’ve seen the 40! 😉

I have no use for 22re stuff. There are a few folks still sporting that engine. @Dumpolina ?

Maybe I should show up and drive my pink ES350 so you don't feel too out of place. I'm not as old as you but I do drive a 'grandma car'.

I could show up in my red with a racing stripe Fiat 500 C old man roller skate car

@vegasfj40 I still have a 22re and a number of my old mini truck guys do too. @mesa man might have a need too
Ok. It's just some small stuff and rear axle bearing set and new OME greasable shackles. Also bringing a new Toyota left door weatherstrip for a first gen 4Runner or pickup if anyone needs one.

Cool ya I eat a lotta rear bearings in the crawler I give you $$$$$ for those!

Since Ali isn't going, I guess I'll show up. But I won't drive my pink Lexus this time. I need to put a few miles on the '02 4Runner after replacing the thermostat, radiator hoses, coolant to make sure it's holding coolant properly before handing it back over to a kid that doesn't pay attention to anything on the car. Trip to Lowes, then swing by to talk Toyotas and finish out the morning going next door to Los Pinos Fly Shop to spend a gift card I got.
