Why the reversal in the Redarc?

Not a reversal had a bad grounding issue while in ozarks Fing up everything local toyota master mechanic(sic) said red arc was no good and neither was my 1400 lithium aux battery so I pulled em both replaced with redarc again and some solar battery then I FOUND THE GROUND PROB. so red arc was 5by5 go to go. now i have an extra
