CLCC Camp out at my house

Hey everyone as you guys know the trail cleanup day has been moved to the 11th of May. I’ve talked about hosting a club camp out at my house down by the river at some of the meetings. I thought since a lot of people will be coming up closer my way (Charles town WV) it would be a good time to try and set this up. My poll is to see which day works best or is preferred for most. We can either camp the Friday night before the cleanup or the Saturday night after the cleanup. I’m also open to doing a totally different weekend which can be discussed at a later date if it ends up not being feasible for most. My property is a pretty decent size and could fit a good amount of Vehicles. Let me know. I’ve attached some photos.

Alright y’all we are 2 weeks out from the clean up. It’s looking like Friday the night before is going to be the night for camping. I’m not sure when the people that are wanting to camp will be free but I’m off and will be available in the afternoon on. You guys are welcome whenever. It’s gonna be bring your own everything, so beer food etc. Feel free to bring swim stuff for the river, a kayak, fishing gear (a fishing license is up to your own discretion idc either way) whatever you guys want. I’m not going to blast my address and phone number here on the internet for anyone too see. Feel free to message me for the information or we can exchange it all at the meeting this coming week.
