What makes them so different in terms of ride comfort on the same short wheelbase FJ40 compared to stock springs
Are they intended for roadway driving or off road and where is the dividing line between them like 50/50, 70/30, 90/10?

@wngrog stated a few weeks back that…why drive a truck that is ready for loaded camping travel 10% of the time and then be uncomfortable 90% of the rest of the time….or something like that

Does high way handling change?

The design of them had way less friction. 2 leafs versus multiple leafs. The two leafs have large pads between them so there is no
Metal on metal friction.
Are they going to offer a 4" kit for those of us with 35" tires?
Your comments and questions have been addressed this episode will be out tomorrow or so.

So the latest episode was out but I have been informed of some other edits that I need to do. I will share the link to the episode when the new edits are done. Needless to say talking with @orangefj45 about Terrain Tamer North America was a blast.

Ok here it is I inadvertently said USA not North America as was pointed out to me. Glad to make that correction.

But here it is this week's episode featuring @orangefj45 and Terrain Tamer North America.

This week I go back to the peach state to talk to @DirtDauberGarage. After hearing @73Fj43 and wanted to join in the merriment and frivolity. He tells me about how the best time to begin a project is when the world tells you to stay inside. Also how a chance meeting between a couple of Cruiser Heads has led to a Georgia statewide meeting of the minds every month.

Quick turn around this week as something came up that needed to have an early episode. This week I speak with Charles Harrell to promote the Peter E. Brown memorial 70 series Land Cruiser meet and greet and ALS fund raiser.

I will let you know of the cost plus shipping. Those who helped in the Kickstarter, yours will be mailed out when I have what I told you you'll get. ;) If you participated in the Kickstarter make sure you get me your address one way or another.

This week on the classic Land Cruisers podcast it is going to be a 2 part episode. This time featuring Mason (@sofj45 )and Holly Watson. They share with me about their fleet of Land Cruisers most notably a couple of 45 "sisters" that are one VIN digit apart and a couple of 55's. They also share about raising their 3 girls in those Land Cruisers and choosing to slow down.

So here is part 2 of my discussion with @sofj45 where he and his wife Holly talk about their recent trip in their 55 year old FJ55 through 55 states and provences. We talk about how this trip lived up to every expectation, and had a lot of support from the IH8MUD community.

You mean you can actually follow my ADHD hyper fixations

@mtn biker it takes one to know one..🤣

I know this has plagued me for more than 1/2 a century..

Purists "ye be warned" but what would you guys like to know about an EJ40 or an EJ60. Yes that is right an 🤫 electric drive train 40 serries, that I can ask

@TremecElectricGT. for this weeks episode

I’d be interested in:
Miles per charge on road?
Miles/hours per charge off-road ?
How does the motor perform after 40% of the charge is gone?
……and how does a 40 sound with a quiet engine? The only sounds would be the rattles!
