Damn! I know where that thing is. Cancer has eaten away a good bit of the roof (there's a hole a couple of inches high and a couple feet long, but can't remember if both sides are that way) The rest of it seems to be mostly stock and in pretty good shape. I keep meaning to stop by and talk to the owner... and now he is selling... and I might be selling the nicer of my two... Maybe I can catch him soon and go check it out...
So I Talked to the owner yesterday, Told him about this site, but you beat me to. I currently have an 85 fj60, And I drive by this thing every day. both sides of roof are rusted through. Anyway, my wife looked at it yesterday, and flipped, she loves the style, she wants one. What is involved in changing the roof panel out, is fiberglass an option, sunroof?

With regards to roof surgery, look up Cruiser-guy and Arthog's posts....both have partaken and took differing approaches - good luck, man. Post this in the main 55 section and more assistance may come your way
