Has the same top as my white FJ25. Made by Kayline. Need to get IDave to take a better look and get us some more photos plus a VIN for the count. The fill neck for these soft top FJ25s is part of the tank. Hopefully it's didn't go MIA like a lot of the other pasrts.

I looked at that years ago, when the guy was telling every interested party to take a hike. I wonder if the old owner choked on some bile and there's a new one. If I get a chance I'll try to get some pictures and the VIN. It's a problem that the phone number is incomplete.

OK. Well there's some original stuff. Can't read the vin on the ID plate.

Steering arms have been reversed to the clear wheels. The transmission is not the correct FJ25 four speed. SM420? Can't tell if that adapter goes to the original cast iron transfer case but I'm guessing not. The gas tank looks like it's been gone a while. The is some kind of plate covering the opening in the tub to make it smaller. $4,500

That would be a big no. It is covering the VIN. Seems strange someone would put something over it. The VIN should also be on the front right frame. The rear crossmember looks a little different. It's either been changed or added on to. I would have bought it except for this quote "BATTERY NOT INCLUDED SOME ASSEMBLY REQUIRED!"

I couldn't read the vin on the ps frame horn. The rear is definitely modded. I can't tell you how much, but there's been a fair amount of rust repair.

I saw this tonight and thought I would post it but you guys are on top of things. For what it is I don't think $4500 is a bad price...yeah its not all there but its not a rust bucket either. Hope someone saves this.

I pick it up this last weekend. My plans are to take it back to stock (or close to). This guys was a BB chevy freak! He has a 64 SWB that he bought new (or his dad did). Has a 427 with manual drums brakes! He also has an FJ62 with a BB. He said he's not in to wheelin', just speed.

Single circuit drum brakes with two wheel cylinders per wheel that are non self adjusting mixed with speed. What could possibly go wrong.

That big block is probably worth some good money depending on casting numbers.
