Yes, the numbers are at the high limit, but not over.

But, why do I have a Noisy Top End when I restart the engine after it was shut off for about 20 mins???

The 1FZE has an inherent valve tap until the oil is pumped up into the overhead cams (can take 15-20 sec.) - synthetic oil helps...no cure

Actually, I haven't run into the " Oil hasn't hit then Valves yet" noise. With the hood open, the valves have a noticable tap until the engine temperature equalizes.
