Thanks, I appreciate that. The reason I am throwing in the towel on taking the 200 is only because I have a good alternative adventure/tow vehicle in the form of a first gen tundra(on a side note I will be down near you at Maumelle Sun-Wed. You should drive though if you are close). So, did you have to bypass the pressure sensors too? I am hoping to to avoid that. I have the kit ordered. It will be here next week. I am digging through the other installs now.

Is this the part you found difficult? I am still trying to wrap my head around it.

I didn’t bypass mine. I used the connectors from your picture. Those red arrows are optimistic on the plug location. They are further behind the intake manifold closer to the firewall. The drivers side isn’t that bad, but all the electrical and plumbing on the passenger side makes that more difficult. Hewitt has a video where they don’t really show you where they are, but you can see they are having to reach behind the manifold blind.

I got the Hewitt kit installed. I got hands on the drivers side connector and it cracked at soon as I pressed the clip. I used a small screwdriver the get it to release. I used a small zip tie to keep the new connection snug. The same thing happened on the passenger side. I got both the block off plates in too. The passenger side was a tough but I got it in there. No codes for the last 2 days so I think I am good on this one. Thanks again guys.
