I'm getting a catalyst insufficiency code in my 100 (P0430/ P0420), I think the cats are gummed up. Has anyone used an ultra sonic cleaner to clean them out? It sounds like an easy way to clean a gummed up CAT but I've never cleaned a catalytic converter this way! I don't want to damage the metals inside the CAT either! I'm gonna try using CatClean first but I don't anticipate it being that easy..
Also if anyone has the dimensions of all the catalytic converters to an 04 LC, 4.7L; please comment below what they are.
