I too have a passenger side lean that has occurred over the last year, and I am not thrilled with it. I run 31x10.5x15 tires and the passenger side rear tire will rub the quarter panel sometimes on bumps. It seems that mine is approximately 5/8 to 3/4 inch lower. I have thought about making a shim, but if all it does is lower the other side that is not a suitable solution for me. Can anyone confirm that the shim only lowers the high side or is there a way to actually raise the low side and fix it correctly?

Interesting... What do your rear shackle angles look like? Are they the same? In my case the passenger rear shackle angle was much flatter than the driver side. I fixed it by making a longer shackle for the passenger side. Don't have a before picture but this is what it looked like after...
