First post updated to include the details for the catered dinner as shown below:

7 pm – Dinner catered by Texalina BBQ - Adults will enjoy a buffet meal of slow smoked chopped pork BBQ, parmesan potatoes, coleslaw, rolls and baked beans. Our caterer prides themselves in their homemade BBQ sauces and flavors include: Sweet Apple Bourbon, Redline Vinegar, Four Pepper Hot and Possum Venom. Children will enjoy a meal of chicken tenders and mac-n-cheese. For dessert, everyone will enjoy cobbler. Choose from ice tea, lemonade and water to drink.

Great question, Johnny. I'll do my best to answer it with the information currently in-hand.

The "early bird" discount of $10 of Driver and Spectator registration costs ends at 11:59 pm on Sunday, April 8th.

We will continue to allow people to register online and guarantee an event t-shirt in the size they request through Thursday, April 12th (cut-off date for our vendor).

I anticipate we'll continue to allow online registration through Sunday, April 22nd. After that, online registration will be closed. Late registrants are not guaranteed a t-shirt in their size and might not be able to purchase a hat, as those orders have to be finalized two weeks prior to the event.

Ok good, I was planning on bringing my wife and kids but the wife has a previous engagement and I’m not sure my kids would be up for the long ride and without the wife I’d have to keep up with all three.
