Hey guys help me out here. Ive ordered an accelerator pump diaphragm because it was leaking fuel from there but it hasnt arrived yet to install it. That said ive been driving it around the snow here and it has run fine other than the leak. Today im on the highway (first time in a week) and it starts jerkin like its not getting fuel. I pull over leave it runnin and check the leak to make sure it isnt a geyser. I continue as i had to get to my work runnin smooth until i got on any kind of incline and kept it under 45 but if i went over 45 it would shudder again like it wasnt getting enough fuel. I get out of work and i can barely get it to sputter. If i pump it i can get it to fire for a second or three but then just dies. As im writing this i feel like its not related to the carb and has to be a fuel pump. This will be the 3rd in about two years if it is. Do these symptoms sound familiar to any one. Thanks guys, Gabe

Good question, i replaced it the last time i had replaced the pump which was a year ago i think. Ill check it in the morning. I had to leave it at the job since i couldnt get it runnin. Thanks

Pighead was right on. It was the fuel filter i think. I also re routed a fuel line that looked very close to being kinked going into the carb itself. Between those two things its runnin good again. Thanks for the insight as always boys and girls. Gabe
