Does the wire that ya'll are grounding share the harness with the fuel cut solenoid wires?

My fan was working until recently when the makeshift harness clearly came in contact with the manifold.
I want to put it back together but don't want to fry any electronics in the process.
Can someone give me a thumbs up on whether this picture and my thinking are correct? Seems odd to have power, relay and ground all connected together. Just want to be sure. Thank you!

Following up on this. What I didn't realize until the next day, that wire powers the solenoid connected to the fuel shutoff on the carb. The idle was completely thrown off, and simultaneously my air injector check valve died and the hose cracked off. So vacuum chaos.. and extremely rough engine.
