Hi all got a few question if any one care to fill me in please.

as to the Clutch Fan I have new one in place ( aisin ) but I'm trying to nut out why the old girl is still getting hot when I have a thermostat installed and I'm thinking about putting the old Clutch Fan back in place along with the original thermostat, the original thermostat is about 73mm round and about 45mm depth, the other two thermostats I have are lot larger in depth don't know what the story is there are they for another type of housing other than the 3F

the other is the thermostat markings it says 90A what does it stand for ?, I know what the 82C means, the other is the green spot on the Clutch Fan any idea to what they mean if any thing at all ?

Past work

system getting hot, trying to nut out the issue onto my third flush all new parts replaced as in radiator, thermostat, thermostat housing upper and lower, water pump, fan clutch, still flushing crap out of the system, image of the groupie thermostats above, one on the left is the original one which I'm going to use again, the one is the middle has the release value, the one the right was in the housing but the old girl was still getting hot, don't think it was opening correctly even though it was tested on the stovetop with a pot of water, any other ideas ?

Last Flush is getting better now, I used brown vinegar and it it sit over night, at this stage I haven't got the thermostat in place and the temp gauge is barely moving off the mark, Clutch Fan seems to be working because I can hear the raw of the fan every now and then.

This is real fine dirt/crap in the aluminium radiator, Flush is all most clean, reckon I give it another two flushes yet
