Are you going by your speedo or GPS? I tested my speedo at about 15% off so when it says 60mph I’m actually doing 69mph.

Iirc my odo was off by about 8% with 31” tires. The Speedo was off by about 5-7 mph at 55

Im going by approximation... 55mph on the speedo should be mid 60s and although I could floor it and go faster, it already sounds like the space shuttle at liftoff

A healthy 2F can handle 3k RPMs just fine. If the loudness is the problem there are a number of ways to go about working on that (fan clutch, soundproofing, other engine optimizations).
