Which distributor would you use?
I still can't decide.
One of my favorites is an earlier than '69. I bought one one from Mark A. many years ago, rebushed and with a Pertronix already in it. I don't know that he still does that. Then I ran a Big-Cap 60 series with a new single diaphragm advance unit. That's a very good dizzy but requires the dented side cover to fit and I don't like the hold down bolt. Just recently put in a '76ish vacuum advance with Pertronix. I like the octane adjuster...
So, right this minute I'm running the same dizzy you have. I'd put a Pertronix in yours and run it.

I will add this as a bookmark. Got a quick question. the hole on the distributor where the wires from the Pertronix is going to go through is pointing directly at the side plate. Is it possible to rotate the distributor so that the holes don't point at the cover plate? Or is that going to mess things up?

is that going to mess things up?
No. A very common adjustment. You can rotate ("Clock") the dizzy body to anywhere you want. You just have to make sure that the rotor ends up under #1 sparkplug wire, and all the others in correct order behind it.
Mine as it sits today...
Not at TDC #1, just to show the wires
