Also have transfer case actuator o rings and CVs to reboot at something point

Back up and running. Took 5 days working 8pm to midnight amd waiting 12 hrs for permatex and a 250ft lb torque wrench delivery

The gxor timing belt parts list has gates 38001 for an idler pulley but my engine had a 102mm instead of 90mm on the tensioner. Haven't seen any posts on this so I don't know if 04 2uzfes need the 90 or 102mm tensioner pulley, Lexus parts online had both options. I ended up just pressing out the bearing and would recommend that you just buy the bearing instead of the entire pulley

Just caught your thread and that you are in Eastern Iowa. I live in CR so had to say hi. Sold my 80 and picked up a GX470 in 2015. Great all around rig for daily driving and exploring. Still like it after driving 90k miles.

Transfer case actuator leak at 182,500. Took an hour with about 4 attempts to get it back on and having to put the gater spring back in

Rebooting CVs is next then taking a break to focus on the pickup and the 80.

Not hard. 1 vacuum line, 1 connector, 3 bolts.

There is a gxor guy selling kits on eBay. 470 transfer case only needs the o ring and 1 shaft seal.

Couple of updates.

Clocked over 200k, now at 208
Replaced both front wheel bearings with Yota bearings and hubs with koyos
Replaced both front CVs with OEM 460 axles.
EBC yellow stuff brakes
Added a 3rd car seat to the second row (it's a boy!)
Replaced the Cooper AT3 4S (60k) with Falken wildpeaks

And dobinson IMS kit is on order
