Picked up a few of these over the weekend at Sams Club for $20 each.
Very sturdy well made and can hold up to 300lbs of your butt.
They also have munchkin size for ~$12

  • This oversized folding chair is comfortable, functional and very sturdy. It folds for easy storage and transport. It's great for backyard on the patio, at the camp ground, or sporting event to mention just a few.

extra wide:rolleyes: and extra deep:o---just my size:D

Alps Mountaineering 8150015 Leisure Chair - Khaki

Alps Mountaineering Leisure Chair is my favorite chair so far. After getting two of them I grabbed two more so I have a set of 4. Should have gotten a couple more. My only complaint so far is the nearly useless cup holder. A proper camp end table solves that issue. The framing is power coated steel so it is heavier than most other chairs, but it also much stronger than most. It also feels stable when I'm sitting in it. Not like it's going to fold up or collapse on me. REI has them for $38. I got mine from Sierra Trading Post for around $25 each via one of their deal flier sales but they are out of stock there.

Only holds 300...made for the flyweights...

I paid $120 for mine a couple of years ago. I'm a big guy and I got tired of destroying light weight chairs and having to buy new ones. I could have bought 4 of these with what I paid for all the cheaper ones. I also like that it is wider and longer from front to back making it comfortable instead of being tight. The legs and support bars are thicker as is the material too. It's a heavy duty chair.

After ten years or so of destroying every type of camp chair known to man I came to the conclusion that there was only one thing left to do. This was it. Cost was *free* as a church was going out of business and they had three of 'em they gave me. Picked up a few more here and there for ten bucks or so at garage sales. I've been using them for twenty years and more, never broke one and I weighed 350# at one time. Yes, they are too comfortable.
