That just brings on the yum, the avocado slices make it much more.

I like the tortilla as a plate idea!

Phil, how do you like the Jetboil? Do ypu think it is less hassle than an MSR backpacking stove?

My wife and I were just talking about our JetBoil...owned for 10+ years (still able to boil in under 3min) never an issue, been everywhere from the bottom of the Grand Canyon to the mountains of Colorado with flawless performance. Does not work as good as many stoves if you are trying for a low simmer but otherwise its a strong recommendation. I was able to control a slow rolling boil with my testing above.

I have an MSR Dragon Fly and the performance is amazing but I love the integrated bottle design of theJetBoil.
