The FSM states:

A) "Remove the sliding main pin and sliding sub pin"

B) "Remove the caliper and suspend it so the hose is not stretched"

The top "booted" upper bolt is the "main pin" and the lower is the "sub pin".

IIRC, it is possible to remove the lower pin and pivot the caliper up on the upper pin far enough to remove the pads.

BTW, torque on the pins is 65 lb-ft.
