Brother Steve if you needed 6 lugs , I have 4 almost brand new ones with almost new 35 nitto's .
Have you took any pictures of the new rig yet ?

I think you will really enjoy the mini . The 4 runner climbs like a dam billy goat , scares the crap out of the driver sometimes .

I haven't even started on it yet. Still in the parts accumulation phase. Headed up your way to Nashville next month to pickup some built D60 axles and a 5.3 Vortec.
I'll come up wheeling with ya whenever it gets finished.

Matt, you're right. I went to their website and there are now a few different types of lockers under the Powertrax line.

Charlie, If it's the Lock-Right model, I'll probably take it.

If I can't find an AA Adapter for Land Cruiser F-Series engine to NV4500 (been out of production for a while) I'm going to make my own.

If you find your 1F bell housing and if you use a Dodge NV4500 , you can get a 1" thick adapter plate from AA that mates a Dodge NV4500 to a Chevy bell housing (which should be like mounting it to a 1F bell housing). The Dodge NV4500 has a 1" longer input shaft than the Chevy NV4500.

If you use the Chevy NV4500, as you probably know, you'll have to drill& tap, cut and modify the 1F bell housing.

If you use the AA adapter, you have to fork out $200. But you would be less likely to have centering issues along with premature pilot bearing wear issues. Speaking of pilot bushing, save yourself some grief and use a bushing instead of a bearing.

A of that is possible however I am dead set on using the Chevy 92-94 version with the 6.34:1 first gear - the plan has changed, I'm just going to search far and wide for the AA kit meant for this, it's been discontinued for a while but I figure there is one somewhere.

It is a plate so you can mount a Chevy bellhousing to the F-motor.

It's a kit to mount a Dodge NV4500 to a std GM bell housing. I'm assuming the back of a 1F bell housing looks like the std most common GM bell housing.

Kind of pricey for a plate of aluminum
