BUll bar install question

I will be removing the oem bumper from my 83 wagon to install a bull bar. Do I need to remove these "brackets" for the B-bar install?

No, just unbolt the chrome bumper and install the ARb bumper.

I know these seem to be riveted to the frame, but would these brackets be a dealer item? Do you know what they are called? I am giving the bumpers to my brother for his wagon, which is missing these cause his fj60 has some 4" by 4" square tubing welded on to his frame...
