Bug Catcher Wing Window Knobs

I've had these reproduced. They've turned out really well and in White, as they should be. They'll cost $80usd for the pair, including T Head Bolts and Wave Washers.

What I would need is the internal nut insert ( maybe from a perished one?) and a intact good one for the dimensions?
