Broken bolts in 8274

Picked up a nice 8274 that looks in good shape. All the bolts mounting it to the old mount broke thouogh and are corroded into the case. Any miricale cures?

How about Time Sert thread inserts? Kind of like helicoil, but 1000 times better.

Yes, it is expensive, but it is a very nice tool.
