I just replaced my calipers, pads, rotors, replaced 2 rear hard brake lines, and bled my brakes.

I’m getting a soft / spongy first push and firm pushes and quick grabs after that.

I did all OEM lexus parts from my local dealer, DOT 3 brake fluid, wondering if

1. I need to grease the caliper sliding pins
2. Re bleed the lines
3. Something else….

Did you bleed using the FSM procedure, completing the electronic bleed via Techstream?

Not aware of that process. I just used the good ole fashion pump method. I did turn the key to activate the pump though. How do you do a electric bleed via tech stream?

You need a computer with the Techstream software. There are a couple of scanners on Amazon that work as well. Read the FSM; or Timmy the Toolman has a a couple of videos showing how to do it on YouTube.

Front right caliper was holding lots of air. Just re-bled and took it for a drive. Brakes seem much better now. Chalking it up to air. Also thanks for the TTTM video. Very helpful
