No.

I think you're stuck with 47050-60033, which is on the right hand side of the engine bay. 47050-60043 is on the left hand side of the engine bay.
Sorry If I misunderstood. My Brake booster assy with master is located on the Driver Side Left Hand of the engine bay. My LC100 is LHD

We are saying the same thing, I am looking at it from the front 🙂

They are different parts, unfortunately.
got it sir. now any leads where I can get 47050-60033. Also what other parts should I replace along with the master booster assy? does it come with a new firewall pad? the one that goes in between the master assy and wall?

These are very obviously, not the same.

First, the ---43 has two rear brake lines, the --33 has only one rear brake line. Second, the ---33 has a secondary brake control wire (wire housing block with a single wire) wrapped around front, from LH side just above the ABS unit (black box), to the RH side. It attaches to some sort of SW or sensor. Which I've no idea what that is for, since not in any USA model.

Two rear brake line was first introduced in USA models in 2000. These have VSC and TRAC. Each of the 4-brake calipers, has a dedicated brake line and valve within the ABS unit. The 98-99 Land Cruisers have only a single brake line to the rear, shared by both rear calipers.

Typically, when replacing the whole brake master w/booster assembly. We only need brake fluid. Which I only use Toyota brake fluid (5 to 7 small bottle). The gasket between master and firewall, is reused.

47070-60010 (pump motor and accumulator) fits all master 98-07, has been my understanding for years. So yes!
But check at www.Partsouq.com. Their supper accurate (99.9%). Run checks on an 98 or 99 LC VIN #, than say and run check on a 07 LC or LX VIN #. You should see the same PN# for booster assembly (no master). Don't just try to finding make & model, with out a VIN # . As you'll be shock at global variation in platform. PM for VIN#'s if you need some.

The issue has been finding that master W/ or w/o booster. For the the 98-99

I would think to adapt newer to older, either we run a second brake line set-up of the 2000 up. We may be able to plug the second line port at master, IDK. Or use a custom Y fitting to the 1 line running to rear. Test would be necessary for safe operation and pressures.

But then we've the wire housings to deal with. We 3 different configuration I'm sure of, their may be a 4rd or 5th LC/LX. The main difference is 98-99 LC did not have the pressure sensor. Nit sure about LX 98-99.
This has been super helpful to me. Brake booster failed and I want to replace the entire unit if possible so I don't have braking problems for the next 300k miles.

My LX is 07/99, so it seems like there are two possible P/Ns available after entering my VIN on PartSouq - 47050-60010 and 47050-60041. Do I need to look for something physically on the truck to figure out which one to buy, or are both compatible, or is there another way to find out?

I want to make sure I buy the right assembly because there's a 25% off sale that ends at midnight tonight.

UPDATE: Turns out this is a lot simpler than I thought, 41 is the master + everything so I’ll go ahead and order that.

UPDATE 2: Ordered 47050-60010, which should be the master cylinder for 01/98-07-99 vehicles without VSC.

Since 07/99 vehicle date. I'd go with ----41. Make sure to input your VIN# at check out. Then call them, late in week.

I ended up going with 47050-60010 over 41 since it seems like 10 is for vehicles without VSC and 41 is for vehicles with VSC - some 100 variant with the rear diff locker already had VSC in 98/99 but I don't have a rear locker and therefore no VSC? I will give them a call later in the week for sure.

Cost a bit more than $1000 for the part + shipping all in, very good price and hopefully it doesn't take too much labor to install.

Called my local Lexus dealer and they confirmed that I should purchase 60010 and not 60041, even though the Lexus parts website itself also lists both as options.
