Brake master cylinder question

I'm using an FJ60 booster and master cylinder for my disc conversion on my FJ40. My question is I'm not sure which port coming from the master cylinder goes to the front brake and which on goes to the rear? I have searched the web but found conflicting information. Also do I need to use a proportioning valve with this system? Any information would be helpful. Thanks

The front port is for the front brakes and the rear port for the rear brakes and yes you do need a proportioning valve.

Ok the port the farthest from the reservoir and fire wall is for the front brakes?
