Bora 0.75” spacers do not fit 08-11 turbine wheels

While the 08-11 turbine wheels have a space that seems like it would readily fit the original studs protruding…they do not.

You will need to remove material to make your 08-11 Lexus turbine wheels fit 0.75” spacers

thanks for sharing, will save someone the headache. did the shaving of that material mess with the balancing of the wheel?

Don’t know. Hopefully not. I didn’t even consider that might be an issue.

If an issue arises down the road, I’ll update everybody.
 
It would be interesting to confirm, but I'm thinking that much aluminum that close to the center of the hub won't have a noticeable impact on wheel balance. Note that even the lightest lead weights are greater in volume of a denser material, only in one place, and multiples of that radius from the center.

Had to remove material to get my spacers to fit and no issues over 2 years and probably close to 40k miles at this point.
