My trusted vehicle decided on the date of 5 years ownership. That a new assembly of brake booste assy (incl boosterpump and master cylinder - part code 4705060013) needs to be replaced. The HW price here in Vietnam is approximately 2.250USD. Is that an OK price compared? Or should I wait and buy it on my coming trip to US.

You're gonna have to do your research on this one. When I search the part number you list, it's for non-US 100's. It looks like all models use that part number (FZ,UZ,HD ect). In the US, the part number closest to yours is 4705060012 and it's for a 2001ish UZJ100 and it is also $2250ish.

Search for brake booster/master cylinder rebuild. I've heard people have rebuilt these things using a couple new o-rings and stuff but I haven't looked into it.

If you decide to wait to purchase in the U.S. check w/ the Mud vendors, some of whom might give you a good discount off that price.
