Don’t let the odometer reading of 309,000 alarm you – with a rebuilt engine and quite possibly the cleanest frame and interior I’ve personally witnessed on an 80 series, this truck is well sorted. The engine was rebuilt with genuine Toyota parts roughly 30,000 miles ago and runs like new; the transmission shifts smoothly through all gears. The entire cooling system has been refreshed including a new radiator and all new hoses (large and small). Where OEM wasn’t available, Gates Green Stripe hose was used with either OEM clamps or Breeze constant torque hose clamps – no cheap-o screw clamps here. Heater control valve was replaced along with the rebuilt original front heater core. Power steering hoses have been replaced; accelerator cable has been replaced; air intake hose has been replaced; speed sensor no. 1 was replaced. Maintenance to the ignition system includes a new battery, OEM starter, plugs/wires and OEM distributer. The door panels and all seats were recovered in Katzkins leather (dark graphite) including new OEM seat foam for the driver and passenger (which are heated); like-new third-row seats are included in the sale. Has WeatherTech floor mats/cargo tray to protect the carpet. I’ve replaced the ECU with one having a later serial number for reliability (will include the original as a spare to the buyer). AC was converted and blows cold; heat blows hot. Front axle rebuild features upgraded birfields, shafts and drive flanges along with new knuckle housings. Front & rear suspension bushings were replaced along with all new hardware. Interior and exterior lights have been converted to LED and features a pair of high-intensity LED trail lights. Head unit has been upgraded with a Pioneer 7” touchscreen with wireless/wired Apple Car Play and Android Auto; 8” Kenwood sub and amp hidden in cargo area side panel; Panasonic door speakers; in-dash USB connection. Other driver conveniences include auto-dimming rear view mirror with compass/temp. Rides on Old Man Emu suspension/lift with 35” BFG K02 tires (with >60% of original tread depth remaining).
