Bodymount bolt lengths?

They are not all the same length from what I remembered. I would just pickup some grade 8 standard size bolts that fit with nuts and washers.

Yeah, that's the plan, but I need to know the length so that they will fit.
C'mon fellows, surely someone's done a lift and remembers the lengths. I was a bit surprised that I couldn't find the info in the tech section.

NorcalFJ60 is correct, they are not all the same length.
If you go with a 1" lift you probably do not need new bolts. From the factory they double jam nut them and they still have 3/4" - 1" of bolt sticking out past the nuts.

I've heard that repeated elsewhere, but didn't happen with my 1" boat roller lift I did. I could reuse only 4 of the 12, IIRC. And, nope, I don't remember the new lengths, either, sorry.
I just visualized which ones could be reused, pulled a few ( 2 or so) of the ones that needed replaced and measured them. Just leave the carpet halfway pulled up after cinching the measured bolt back in, and drive to the hardware store. It added 30 mins max to the project.

Do you know where all the bolts are? (The ones under the rear hatch are a bear to find.)
Take one bolt out of each pair all the way down one side of the vehicle. Measure and reinstall. Go to the store or order the lenght you need.
I have a bucket of bolts from the last FJ62 I cut up. I can lay them out and get a picture and get some measurements. I know it is not a complete set though.

I can help you with half of the body mount bolt sizes. Somewhere in my mess of things, I've lost the paper where I wrote down the other half's bolt sizes...
So, I've got the body mounts numbered 1 to 6. The #1 body mount location is at the very front of the vehicle (by the radiator). The #6 body mount location is at the very back of the vehicle (right under the tail lights). The rest are between. Since there is a body mount on both the driver side and on the passenger side of the truck, this adds up to 12 total.
I put a 1" body lift on my truck and these are the bolt sizes that I've got:
#1 -
#2 - 4" bolt
#3 - 5" bolt
#4 -
#5 - 4" bolt
#6 -

I did a 2 inch body lift and i had to get some six inch bolts and some 8 inch bolts and put some spacers on there. I needed a 7 inch bolt in some areas but ace didn't carry a bolt that length so that is why I had to do the spacers.

Thanks anyway fella's, but I'll pull one side, measure, and put them back (and ta for the tip re the rear bolts, I was aware of them but you would have saved me a lot of time if I hadn't been - manufacturers can be bastards at times).
Nearest hardware is well over an hour each way for me (and they're just a hardware, no guarantee they'll have correct size in stock), that's why I was trying for dimensions and pick them up on next trip to town/mail-order.

I got the OEM bolts back after getting a body lift done - I got a local mechanic that also drives a FJ62 to do it for me . I managed to locate the bag of bolts in the garage this morning .
There are :
4 x 5,600"
8 x 4,250" .
( measured entire length of bolt - including head and tapered tip )
diameter 0.390" or 10mm

yep , that is what is stock on the FJ62
When I did my 2" BL I used what were the long bolts as my new short bolts (if that makes sense). The new long bolts came with my kit.
