Yeah plus the stuff coming in from the West. I’m still planning on heading out Thursday early AM unless it’s pouring rain, with an open rig both towing and wheeling in a downpour or active thunderstorm is not fun. But if there’s a chance, I’ll tarp it and roll.

I’m packed but thunderstorms here tonite prevented me from loading anything. It’s probably going to be 8 am before I leave, and therefore I should be at AOAA by around 11.

We wheelin today???

Karol and I are headed to AOAA this morning in the topleass 40's, I'd expect to be there about tenish. We're in camp and had a great social night last evening, I'm in cabin A73 just drinking my first coffee of the day! Had a very slight spritz of rain last evening but nothing else. Took a ride down past the normal group sleeping area yesterday but noone was there.
Matt Reed stopped by he's coming back either tonight or tomorrow. Tom Humphries and crew are cominglater this evening. Tom2 isheaded down from CT today.

Joe due 11. I’m headed from Harrisburg now

If it is alright with you guys, I'd like to post pictures of each day's activities on the Facebook group.
If you guys are fine with that make sure to post them on here so @YotaFun or I can post them.

That sucks offline I was most looking forward to to the 250 with us.

Thanks to all. Melissa and I had a good time.
We cut our trip short and got home last night. On the way back, we visited Harper's Ferry. Next we rolled down Skyline Drive and the Parkway to the NC stateline. The closures in NC started at the state with only a section near Boone reported to be open.

For anyone considering driving the Parkway through Virginia, there is one closure (~20 miles) north of Roanoke plus Marby Mill is closed for maintenance. There is scaffolding around the mill so visiting for a photo opt might not cut it either. Also, the staff at the mill were not aware of a planned completion date for the maintenance and projected it could be lengthy.

Whaleback which is an expected staple from an AOAA outing.

We ran the Skyline drive to and here is a Skyline view near Front Royal
