Blue smoke after long idle? (2 Viewers)

If I sit and let the 60 idle for more than a few minutes I get a little smoke, then when I touch the gas get a little cloud of smoke. Is this the valve guide seal or something bigger?

Sounds like valve seals, Guides maybe.

I had the same problem, rebuilt the head and Boom, problem GONE! Wont burn a drop now, there goes my excuse to go V8.
