anyone here have a aftermarket speedo up and running?

Outer bezel diameter? I have an '87 FJ60. I think you want the diagonal, but please tell me how to measure what you need, and I'll get on it. As far as gauges go, I'll be running 2-1/16" smalls and I don't have the speedo/tach yet. I'll have to see what's available in the gauge series I'm going to run and get back to you soon. What's the turn around time now? Thanks.

try this website they have gear ratio increase and decrease adapters. The threads are (for the GM version at least) SAE 7/8-18 so you would have to adapt it. this would be if your truck has larger/smaller than stock tires or in your case maybe a different speedometer rotational ratio than the stock speedo. I guess the speedo also is different thread than that of the stock cable. If your aftermarket speedo has SAE threaded boss on the back then you could buy one off these adapters and a GM cable would work from the output of the adapter to the speedo. Then all you would have to worry about is adapting the input of the adapter to the Yota cable.
hope this helps.

This looks like a for sale thread now a days more than tech. Might want to start a for sale thread in the vendors corner and remove most of the "for sale" stuff here.
