You won't find a rust free BJ40 that hasn't been fully restored which would cost way more than 22K here in the US.

You might wanna look at buying a Jeep then ,99 % of all 40,60,70,80 Diesel Cruisers I have been around in the last 20 years have at least some rust somewhere........or lots of it has been repaired
