That is gorgeous!

A diesel with a PTO winch! Stupendously cool!

Any pics of the work done to convert it from RHD to LHD? From what I could see there, it looked like a really well done conversion. It almost looks like it got a new tub or something. Either way, it's super smooth.

I really hate the "me too" thing... but I just gotta'

That is a very clean looking a truck. Congrats!

Beautiful;) Leaving the old split rims and lugs on seems to enhance the look.

Hi Cazalba,

Like those PTO. So what's your next plan?

Will be fixing the airconditioning compressor, turns out it has a leak. Will change all the fluids and replace the battery terminals.

Does anybody know the sump capacity of a 2B engine? thanks!

I'm jealous, I hope you realize how much of a gem that is :)

Hi Eric,

My dad & I have been searching for a BJ-40 to restore for such a long time. He found this parked in Manila with a for sale sign, the previous owner was also into Landcruisers, unfortunately he was paralized from the waist down and could not drive anymore, he had to dispose of his trucks, poor guy...

He wanted his BJ-40 to go to a good home. Good thing we found it.

Thanks for looking.

It's beautiful!
Congrats Cazalba and welcome to our Landcruiser Community!:flipoff2:

Hi,
Couldn't agree more with you. That's the way man. Keep the BJ in running condition 1st then let us know your next project.

You're a fortunate guy to score such a beautiful rig. Not sure, but the 3B is around 7 quarts. Buy a couple of gallons and you'll be fine.

wow, that thing is sweet. Except for the ashtray and seatbelt light, it's hard to tell it was converted at all. They even have the rib in the engine bay routed around the boosters as it should be. That really makes me wonder exactly how this was converted...... very sweet truck though.

We have recently installed a new Denso compressor for the A/C, checked and changed all the oil and fluids. I cleaned the interior for now...

Thanks for looking
