i do not see any reason to use that , what it is suppose to protect ? if its to protect from water infiltration, i think HD knuckle wiper seal is supperior to prevent water to get in

Other than looking cool what good do they do?
So the balls get a little rusty and dirty, have yet to see that cause a problem. Maybe in some environments they could be of use.
Count me out.

got a message from the vender in Australia. The boots only fit the 80 series not the FJ40. So I am out you guys are on your own. I would recommend you put this over on the 80 series thread if you are going to pursue a group buy. My mistake sorry to not knowing what these fit.

Vender answered the question they would have to make 1000 and i doubt we could move that many for a FJ40
