@HustleHard are you still using OEM UCAs?

Any alignment issues.
My alignment was spot on using stock UCAs. My friend at Bilstein, who as part of the product development, told me that the ability to achieve proper alignment with stock UCAs was one of the design objectives.

You can’t produce a shock/spring to limit the need to use aftermarket UCAs. What you can limit is the preload to prevent you from reaching a change in height that would benefit from an aftermarket UCA

Aka limit the lift to keep it within stock UCA range.

In light of this it seems the install instructions should indicate which spring perch groove is the max to retain stock arms.

Got the rears installed Thursday and have been driving around with the whole set up. Got to say I'm extremely impressed. It smooths out bumps really nicely and it's harsh at all, considering I'm at stock weight. I was worried the front and rear coils would be too much since they're higher coil rates but they're perfect. Only funky thing is i get it to perch #5 (which should be 2.6" lift) and I only gained 2". But overall super happy with the new Bilsteins
I’m doing mine in the morning. You did perch 5 on the front and the 1.75” coils on the back? Did it level it out or is there still a pitch forward?

I still want some pitch forward and I’m trying to decide between perch #3, #4, or #5.
Thanks.

Someone please flex one of these things and compare to stock!!

Love the LC (I have the same color)
Care to comment on on-road comfort compared to stock?

While not as cushy as stock, it is more controlled and firmer than stock. But, it is not harsh. From my perspective, it provides a more confident, controlled ride on the road.

Thanks for the details, I do a lot of long highway trips to go skiing, how is the high speed on-highway comfort, firm bouncing -ala sports suspensions? Smooth ride? Thanks

I'm in the same boat out here in CO. I've done 3 long trips so far and really love the drive. It's controlled and much less bouncy than stock.

Ok I’m convinced
Thank you

One last question, I already have the OEM 1" spacer, can these be combined or should I remove it?
I only ask because I would like to achieve 2.8" on clip 3 + spacer instead of 2.6" on clip 5...

If the Bilstein shock lengths are identical to OEM, I would keep the spacer. The spacer has benefits to suspension travel by increasing droop travel. A longer shock can do the same thing provided they are indeed extended length. If an aftermarket shock is longer, than remove the OEM spacer as that risks the longer shock becoming the compression limiter.

Just wanted to follow up on this. Got my alignment yesterday and they were able to pull me into alignment on my stock UCAs. I set my Bilsteins on the 5th notch so almost maxed out so stoked I dont have to upgrade to SPCs.

Awesome!

Got wheel center to wheel well measurements front and back? Interested in how much lift there is.

Take this with a bit of a grain of salt since my driveway isn't 100% level and I don't remember whether I had a full tank of gas when I measured both times:

Driver Front Initial: 20" Post Lift: 22.75"
Driver Rear Initial: 20" Post Lift: 22.5"
Passenger Rear Initial: 21" Post Lift: 23"
Passenger Front Initial: 20" Post Lift: 22.75"

FYI I just ordered a set sans rear springs from AJ USA. They had the best price out there...

What size tire? Which wheels? And running spacers? No KDSS arm rub?

Stock wheels, 285/60/18 geolander highway tires, no spacer, zero rubbing. I'm upgrading tires come winter, still figuring out what to get though

What caster did they achieve? Toe is easy to get regardless of lift height. I found bump steer to be incredibly annoying on anything more than 1” lift on stock Toyota double wishbone components without the additional caster provided by an aftermarket UCA.

If you end up with any rubbing please update this. Lately I've been reading that the adjustments needed to get the caster correct with significant lift on stock UCAs pushes the hub forward, and this can cause rub on the KDSS arm with larger tires.
