it is suprising how big the little LJ71 looks next to the pickup, eh?
the LJ71 has no lift and 33s, the HZJ75 has 3" lift and 33s...

cheers

Is the LJ factory red or did you repaint. Either way they look good together.

they do don't they... i was surprised about the size since when the pickup is by itself it looks much bigger...

after Berni drove the 2tone brown LJ71 for the winter, there were 2 stone chips above the windsheild so i decided to paint the roof but then changed my mind when i found a full gallon of freeborn red on the shelf...
next thing you know i have the only red LJ71 in Canada...

considering red is not my favorite colour, you would never guess it from the photo...

;^)

cheers

You know I used to not like the integrated turn lamps of the LJ. I prefered the look of the BJ, HZJ, etc. but those LJ's are starting to wear on me. Esp with the nice bold TOYOTA on the grill. :)

I think the hzj is the little brother... :D

Wes,

I think that I feel the same way as you do. The cleaner look of the integrated lights in the LJ grill is growing on me.

If it only had a 13BT, a 3B, 1HZ or 1HD-T in it...

hehe

:D

Yeah, the 75 looks almost fragile when sitting next to the LJ. Kind of surprising, eh?

Goes to show you the true size of the full bodied 7* series (light duty or heavy duty). My BJ74 looks smallish when by itself. Park it beside a Cherokee...wow, does the *eep look small.

I've noticed even the 4# series can claim this effect.

Yeah Ive noticed that too. I think its the height and length proportions of the MWB give it a silohette like the smaller zooks and scats.

You really notice the claustrophobic interior of the Cherokee if youve just got out of a J73/4.

I always get assholes in Wranglers want to race me at the lights.
I like to rev the engine up and then take off slow and watch them flog the hell out of their crapheap:D:D

Cherokee's are tiny! I'm impressed with the high seating position of my stock BJ70, as well as the headroom. It's higher than just about any stock SUV.
